On July 17, 2019, the Prairie State Generating Company (PSGC) awarded seven $1,000 scholarships to children of PSGC employees through its annual scholarship program. In June, Prairie State hosted its 6th Annual Employee Golf Outing and Scholarship Fundraiser at the Roland Barkau Memorial Golf Course.
