We actively seek to donate to 501(c)(3) programs and entities that share our focus in three key areas:

  • Local economic development and job creation
  • Local environmental stewardship
  • Support for local youth organizations

How to Apply

Step 1: Format your request.

If you’d like to submit a contributions request, we ask that you do so in writing on your organization’s letterhead. Be sure to include your 501(c)(3) status, along with your tax ID number (FEIN).

Step 2: Describe your project or event.

To make sure it fits in with Prairie State’s mission, please include a description of your project or event that explains how it fits in with our core focus areas. That should include details of purpose, the expected impact to the community, and the deadline for a response. And please, don’t be shy: Tell us the amount you need to make your project or event a success.

Step 3: Include contact information.

Let us know who we should contact within your organization. If possible, please include an address, phone number, and email, to ensure we can respond promptly.

Step 4: Submit your request electronically or by mail.
