Competitive Compensation
Our starting rate of pay is more than $20 per hour.
Performance Incentives
We offer employees monthly incentives, which are paid based on company goal performance.
Paid Time Off & Holidays
Employees start accruing 160 hours of PTO annually, with gradual increases based on length of service. Employees enjoy 9 paid holidays per year, in addition to Veteran’s Day for former military employees.

Prairie State offers annual contributions to our employees’ Health Savings Accounts.
