Prairie State Hosts Employee Golf Outing
On Saturday, June 30th, Prairie State hosted its 5th Annual Employee Golf Outing and Scholarship Fundraiser at the Roland Barkau Memorial Golf Course. Employees enjoyed an afternoon of golf, and raised $5,000 for Prairie State’s Scholarship Program. Prairie State Generating Company is excited to welcome Linda Lee as the plant safety intern for the summer of 2018. From Taiwan, Lee currently attends Murray State University. She has finished her first semester in the Master’s Program in Occupational Health and Safety. Lee is a student member of the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
